Senior Apartments
Evergreen Estates also offer senior apartments for independent living. Our apartments are a safe, secure community of seniors who enjoy their independence, are often on-the-go but desire the flexibility of not having maintenance and upkeep issues associated with living in a house. Family and close friends can rest easy, as our apartments are a perfect transition.
Like our residential care communities, our senior apartments are locally owned and operated. We are solely responsible for policy formulation and implementation and all decisions are made with the safety, health and needs of residents as top priority.
Our one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are laid out with senior living in mind, keeping everything close at hand and easy to access. While our apartments are separate from our care centers, residents may choose from a variety of our care center amenities on an ala carte basis.
